Idlewilde Resort is located on beautiful Lake Osakis in the

town of Osakis. Osakis is two hours west of the twin cities

just two miles north of interstate 94.

Lake Osakis is one of Minnesota's top fisheries with both

largemouth & smallmouth bass, northern pike, crappies and

big sunfish. But the walleye is the most sought after prize of

the lake.  Osakis boasts a tremendous walleye population.

Our resort has lodging available for any size group.  We have

11 cabins ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms.  The lodge has 6

units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms.  All of these cabins and lodge units have full kitchens, AC, and cable TV.  We also have 3 motel style rooms in the lodge. Motel rooms have  A/C, tub/shower, cable, coffee pot and refrigerators.

Amenities include, heated indoor pool and sauna, playground,

pool table and sand volleyball.  Boat and Pontoon rental as

well as bait, gas and fishing licenses are here on site. A 150 ft.

lighted fishing dock provides fishing all night long.

We are located only blocks from Central Lakes Bike Trail,

and only blocks from golf course.
