Cancellation policy: A deposit by check or money order is required within 7 days of booking to hold your reservation. If you cancel at least 45 days before your stay, deposits will be refunded only if the entire time period is re-rented at the same rate less a $50 rebooking fee. There will be no refund of deposits if cancelled less than 45 days from reserved dates. You are responsible for your entire stay and you will be charged for all days reserved even if you have to arrive late or leave early. If you do not cancel or show up for your reservation, your card will be charged for the entire amount of your stay.
