Rates and Availability

Full rates apply to weekly rentals between June 7th and August 22nd and the holiday dates of Memorial weekend( May 23-26th). A three night minimum stay is required during the prime season. Rates during the dates of May 1-22th, May 27th- June 6th, and August 23th- ? are still at the spring/fall rates listed below. Cabins 1-10, will remain open as long as the weather allows. The pool will close Sept. 3rd. Lodge units will still be available throughout the winter season

Credit Card Policy: Due to rising credit card processing fees, we have instituted a new policy. Deposits must be paid by check or money order. Our pricing here reflects a 3% cash discount. If you wish to use a credit card for payment at the resort, please add 3% to your entire invoice charges.

Deposit Policy: Deposit are required to hold your reservation. 1/3 is required for individual rentals, 50% for 2 or more cabins or group reservations. Deposits must be paid by check or money order mailed to the resort after your reservation has been made. Bookings will be held for one week while awaiting your deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 45 days before your stay, your deposit is refundable, less a $50 rebooking fee, only if the entire time period is re-rented at the same rate. There will be no refund if cancelled less thatn 45 days from reserved dates. You are responsble for charges for all dates reserved.
