Idlewilde Resort & Lodge 2011 rates
We have lowered rates on Lodge Units and select cabins. Prime rates apply June 11th thru August 19th. The remainder or the year is considered fall/spring rates, including both Memorial and Labor Day weekends.

Credit Card Policy: Due to rising credit card processing fees, we have instituted a new policy. Deposits must be paid by check or money order. Our pricing here reflects a 3% cash discount. If you wish to use a credit card for payment at the resort, please add 3% to your entire invoice charges.
Deposit Policy: Deposit are required to hold your reservation. 1/3 is required for individual rentals, 50% for 2 or more cabins or group reservations. Deposits must be paid by check or money order mailed to the resort after your reservation has been made. Bookings will be held for one week while awaiting your deposit.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 45 days before your stay, your deposit is refundable, less a $50 rebooking fee, only if the entire time period is re-rented at the same rate. There will be no refund if cancelled less thatn 45 days from reserved dates. You are responsble for charges for all dates reserved.
